What is your return policy?
All of our wireless accessory items come with a 30 day return & exchange policy.
Mobile Phones & Bluetooth Headsets come with a 30 Day Return & Exchange Policy. Mobile phones & bluetooth itmes must be free of signs of use like scratches. Wireless Depot Direct reserves the right to not accept your return if the above conditions are not met.
Shipping & Handling is non refundable on returned items and shipping cost to return items are strictly the responsibiity of the consumer. 15% restocking fee applies to all returned mobile phones & bluetooth headsets.

Wireless Depot Direct collects basic information needed to process and deliver your order, we don't share your information such as your email address, phone number and your primary mailing address to third party marketing firms. We may with your permission use your email address to promote or market products offered through Wireless Depot Direct.
What is your shipping and handling policy?
Orders placed by 3pm will be shipped within 24hours. In the event that an item is on backorder status you will be notified of your order via email.
Mobile Phones & Bluetooth items are shipped via UPS ground with applicable rates at checkout based on weight of the item and shipping destination. The estimated delivery period 2-5 business days. All other items will be shipped via First Class Domestic USPS that are 10oz or less. Expected delivery time 2-7 working days.(Most accessories are under 10oz).
Other Shipping options like Saturday delivery and Overnight mail are available at checkout. Free Shipping promotions are available during certian times of the year via USPS First Class Mail, and you will be notified at checkout if Free Shipping is available.
