Refunds & Exchanges

Customers not satisfied with their accessory purchase can simply return their merchandise within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or accessory exchange. Mobile Phones & Accessories must be returned in their original packaging and must be free of defects. All returns are subject to inspection. Please email us at returns@wirelessdepotdirect.com  for a product return form. No returns will be accepted without a product return form.

When shipping an item for return, the customers assumes full respopnsibility for getting the accessory back to us and coordinating insurance of such item(s) with the shipping company. We must also  recieve the orignal item before equipment leaves our warehouse for an exchange.


Return Shipping Cost?
Product must be returned within 14 days of delivery date(your expense) through a traceable means (ex. certified mail, UPS or FEDEX).

Mobile Phone & Accessory  Returns?
Wireless Phones & Accessories are subject to a 14 day return & exchange policy and there is a 15% restocking fee for all returned Mobile Phones. Merchandise must be in the original factory condition along with all manuals and components in the package.

Damages in Shipment?

Regardless of your shipping terms, we will assist you if the merchandise is verified as damaged in transit. if this occurs, please take the following action:

Do not accept visibly damaged product unitl the person making the delivery has endorsed the air bill of landing with a statement of the extent of damage.

If damage is concealed and found after unpacking, retain all packing material and immediately call us. Concelaed damage must be reported on the same day of delivery.

Notify us immediately of damages so that we can provide you with assistance on the claim with the freight carrier. When calling, please have the sales order number at hand.


What if my item is defective after 30 days?

Any product which is over 30 days old may still have a full manufacturer's warranty which may be honored by the manufacturer for a period of up to 12 months from original date of purchase. Below are contact #'s for the maufacturer of your product if it becomes defective after 30 days.
